The primary challenge of this project was to effectively elevate the international visibility and influence of the exhibition and the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts (KMFA) within the Asian region, particularly among the global art community and mainstream media. At the same time, the campaign needed to convey both the depth of the exhibition content and the broader cultural identity of the city—ultimately fostering international recognition of Kaohsiung City as a vital arts and culture hub in Asia.

The Good Shot team addressed this by integrating an international publicity strategy with a carefully curated press trip programme. Influential media representatives were selectively invited to Kaohsiung and presented with an in-depth itinerary that connected the exhibition with the city’s cultural context. During their on-site visits, the press not only engaged deeply with the exhibition but also explored Kaohsiung’s rich cultural vitality and urban appeal. This resulted in a series of internationally resonant features and stories, significantly enhancing the global cultural image and brand value of both KMFA and Kaohsiung City. The initiative also laid a solid foundation for future cross-border cultural collaborations.
